The Birkenstock Milano Big Buckle Shearling combines the secure, ankle-strap design of the Milano sandal with a cozy shearling-lined construction. The upper is made from oiled leather, giving the sandal a distinctive finish that develops a natural patina over time.

It features an anatomically shaped cork-latex footbed with a soft genuine shearling lining for added comfort, along with two adjustable straps featuring oversized metal pin buckles and an adjustable backstrap for a secure fit. A lightweight, flexible EVA sole completes the design.
